老林:‧‧‧‧‧‧至少我们还有权利去选择自己喜欢的候选人,这是台湾人百年以来的梦想啊!即使是现在,在这个世界上仍然有许多人,连这样的权利都没有。从这个角度来看,你们家的争吵还是很有价值的。
老陈:一人一票的确符合了平等的精神。但是,并不是每个人都有足够的智慧去做判断,骗人的政客比比皆是,我们怎么能相信大家会选出最理想的总统呢?
老林:所以才需要教育啊!教育可以让一个国家的民主制度发展得更好。民主不简单,无法速成,也不仅是投票这一件事而已。‧‧‧‧‧‧
老林:以最近的选举狂热来看,这次的投票率可能会打破历史纪录。‧‧‧‧‧‧
老 陈:投票率太高不一定是好事,也可能是社会动乱的征兆。你想想看,如果一个国家的人民在重大的政治议题上有共识,无论哪个党执政,政策都不会有太大的改 变,人民投票的动机就不那么强了;反之,要是执政党跟在野党的目标完全不同,群众为了拥护和自己想法相同的人,就会积极参与选举,那么投票率自然会提高。 当投票率超过百分之八十,甚至到了百分之九十的时候,可能就离动乱不远了。‧‧‧‧‧‧
